Problem:

After a period of time, the hydraulic oil which was being used in large scale engineering machinery was polluted by colloid. As a result, the cleanliness of oil cannot be guaranteed, and the hydraulic system will be affected.

The results of product practice shows that: increasing the precision from 40μm to 30μm, the abrasion of mechanical and hydraulic system reduces 50%, and if the precision improves to 15μm, the abrasion can reduce 75%.
