A：The development of Jingyuan high performance membrane provides the core filtration material for our product. This material has large flow rate, high precision and long service life, can be used repeatedly after cleaned.

A：Usually, the delivery time is 5~7 days after full payment in advance.
6.Q：Which voltage is suitable for Jingyuan filtration product?
A: According to your actual requirements, we will select 380V/220V/DC24V/DC12V motor pump group for you. At the same time, we will also supply the gasoline engine for the working site without power supply system.
7.Q：What certification did the product get?
A：First of all, our company has applied for proprietary technology and all of our product have independent intellectual property rights. And we also have passed ISO 9000 Quality Control System, European Union CE Certification and Swiss SGS Certification.
8.Q：Which model is suitable in small gas station?
A：For the small gas station which capacity is less than 20 tons per day, we recommended JY-219/219A, JY-T32/T32A for you.
9.Q：Which model is suitable in large oil depot?
A：For the large oil storage tank which capacity is more than 150 tons per day, we recommended JY-VX Series or JY-DL Series for you.
10.Q：Which model is suitable for marine oil?
A：We recommended JY-T100 multistage filtration unit for diesel with high water content, and JY-H130/230/330/180 is for industrial oils.
11.Q：How about the filtration effect?
A：The oil becomes clear and transparent, and the cleanliness can meet the State IV Standard and NAS Class 7.
12.Q：How to install the filtration device? Is there any technical staff for guidance?
A：Normally, you only need to connect the inlet and outlet of our device to the filling pipe and outlet pipe. We will also provide a detail operation instructions to guide you how to use the machine. We may also arrange a professional technical staff to provide service on site, but you need to pay for it.
13.Q：How long is the service life of your product/ filter elements ? And how to clean them?
A：The service life of elements will be 2~3 years under regular maintenance, and the blocked elements can be used repeatedly after back flushing by compressed air.
14.Q: What’s your after-sales policy(The terms of guarantee)?
A: The period of quality guarantee is 1 year ( except the filter elements)
15.Q: What’s your payment policy?
A: Samples ( Less than USD 4,000)：100% payment in advance via T/T or West Union
Formal Order ( More than USD 4,000): 30% payment in advance via T/T as deposit payment and balance payment will be done against the Copy of B/L . L/C payment is also available.

A: Most of products are OEM or ODM with your logo.
