Problem：In order to prevent the mechanical impurities and water were poured into diesel locomotive, as well as increase the quality of diesel in oil storage tank.

Solution：Install several sets of JY-DL60 Diesel Purification Filter to remove impurities, colloid and water contained in diesel. 

Effect: Clean diesel makes the failure rate of engine decrease significantly, at the same time, efficiency will be improved, maintenance costs will be cut down, fuel consumption reduces 5~10%, oil-saving effect is obvious, the service life of diesel engine extends 2~3 times.

JY-DL60 Diesel Purification Filter is being used to remove impurities, colloid and water. The pollutants (mostly exquisite colloid and water) need to be discharged from drain valve every week, and the filter was back-washing automatically every day. The capacity is 300 tons daily, and the service life will be 2~3 years.
