Technical Tips:
While increasing the electricity output, Chinese wind power plant also need to guarantee both the original and new generators run stably, and lubricating oil plays an important role in it. Lubrication oil requirements for wind power equipment are very strict, gear box is the main lubrication part, and its oil consumption accounted for about 3/4 of the total oil consumption. Gear lubricating oil is greatly influenced by climate such as temperature difference and humidity. And in the relatively remote areas, maintenance is inconvenience, therefore disabled lubricating oil must be replaced periodically, to ensure the smooth running of expensive gear box.
There are many technical challenges to change the gear oil in the gear box. Artificial oil exchange is very hard, time consuming, labor intensity, low efficiency, and we need one to two working days to replace a wind power generator. ·Gear oil remaining at the bottom of gear box can’t be discharged completely.
·Gear oil for flush used always with high viscosity(VG 320), turbulent flow for flushing oil can't form, sediment on the gear surface or at the bottom of tank can’t be cleaned completely.
·Even after many times washing, we still can’t reach the requirements of gearbox oil cleanliness.
·The halt time of a wind power generator is too long, usually, we need 3 individuals and 2 days to replace a 1.5 MW wind power generator, which will cause the huge economic losses for the wind field.
