The β value is a quantitative metric defined by ISO 16889 standard. β₁₀ ≥ 200 means that for every 200 particles ≥10μm upstream, at most 1 is detected downstream, i.e., single-pass retention efficiency ≥99.5%. No. Upon expiry, only the membrane element needs replacement (not the housing/skid/pump group). Replacement takes 2-4 hours, no special tools required. The equipment main body (skid frame, pump group, electrical system) has a design life far exceeding 10 years. Jingyuan supplies replacement membrane elements globally.

Gas-pulse regeneration is fully automatic (triggered when TMP reaches preset threshold). Three phases total <30 seconds: ① N₂ pressurization to 0.5MPa (~10s, normal flow); ② Pulse release — gas expands outward, cake collapses (5-10s, brief flow reduction); ③ Bottom discharge (~15s, normal flow restored). N₂ consumption ≤0.5kg/cycle. Flux recovery ≥90%.

Jingyuan rigid composite membrane is microfiltration (MF) technology. It can retain particles ≥2μm (absolute filtration), but cannot retain nanoparticles (<100nm), dissolved ions, metal ions, or small molecules.
