A Ningxia Petroleum Company is a gas station operator in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. In the highly competitive finished fuel retail market, the company is dedicated to attracting truck fleets and private car customers through a differentiated "Clean Fuel" strategy.

As a retail terminal, the petroleum company faces contamination challenges at the end of the fuel supply chain:

Secondary contamination during unloading: Due to vibration during transport, tanker trucks often stir up rust debris and impurities from the tank bottom into the oil flow. If unloaded directly into the storage tank without filtration, these impurities settle at the bottom and form sludge.

Environmental windblown sand interference: The Ningxia region experiences frequent windblown sand, and fine particulate matter easily enters the fuel system during gas station loading/unloading operations.

Frequent fueling machine failures: Unpurified fuel entering the storage tank carries impurities through the fueling pump into the fueling machine, causing frequent blockage of the machine's built-in small filter cartridges and even damaging the flow meter.

Consumer trust issues: Excessive fuel impurities cause customer vehicles to experience insufficient power, increased fuel consumption, or even engine alarms, directly affecting the gas station's foot traffic.

Jingyuan provided the petroleum company with a 40m³/h intake-end dedicated purification solution:

High-speed gatekeeper: The 40m³/h flow rate design matches the tanker truck unloading pump rate, achieving real-time purification without extending unloading time.

Polymer Rigid Composite Membrane: Using Jingyuan® polymer rigid composite membrane, leveraging the oleophilic-hydrophobic properties of the membrane material, it efficiently intercepts particulate impurities while synergistically removing trace free water, ensuring inbound fuel is clear, transparent, and meets cleanliness standards.

Two-stage precision filtration: The first stage intercepts large particulate impurities, and the second stage performs micron-level fine filtration, ensuring the fuel entering the storage tank has a particle count better than national standard requirements.

Differential pressure visual monitoring: Operators can visually determine cartridge condition through the differential pressure gauge, ensuring safe and efficient intake operations.

📈 Results

By deploying the Jingyuan intake filtration system, the company achieved "clear at the source, clean in the tank." Gas station feedback shows that since the system went into operation, fueling machine maintenance frequency has significantly decreased, and impurity sediment at the storage tank bottom has been greatly reduced.
