Two East China Oil Depots

Regional Energy Hub High-Frequency Quality Control

Solution details

📋 Customer Background

Two East China Oil Depots are respectively located in the core energy transfer belts of Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces. These two depots not only serve local industrial construction but also radiate to surrounding provinces and cities through a developed water-land transport network, serving as important nodes for finished fuel security in the Yangtze River Delta region.

⚠️ Pain Points & Challenges

As core turnover depots in the Yangtze River Delta, the two stations jointly face the challenges of "high load, high quality, high humidity":

Turnover efficiency pressure: One station has a relatively large daily dispatch volume. Traditional 30-40m³/h filter units had become a bottleneck for loading efficiency, and the customer urgently needed 80m³/h-class solutions to release transport capacity.

Secondary contamination risk: The depot pipelines are relatively long, and under the influence of frequent rainfall and high humidity in the Yangtze River Delta, storage tanks are prone to generating trace rust.

Cartridge life test: Under relatively high flow impact, standard cartridges are prone to deformation or contaminant saturation too quickly, causing frequent replacements and increasing downtime risk.

High-standard delivery commitment: Users at both locations are mostly high-end manufacturing enterprises and large logistics companies with higher requirements for fuel clarity.

🛠️ Solution

Jingyuan customized high-flow industrial purification units for these two stations:

80m³/h ultra-high flow skid (Station A): Adopting Jingyuan's large-flux parallel structure, the internal flow field distribution is optimized to maintain relatively low system differential pressure even at an 80m³/h flow rate.

60m³/h standardized module (Station B): For Station B's dispatch rhythm, a high-contaminant-capacity precision filtration module is configured, balancing space compactness with efficient performance.

Polymer Rigid Composite Membrane: Using Jingyuan® polymer rigid composite membrane, leveraging the oleophilic-hydrophobic properties of the membrane material, it efficiently intercepts particulate impurities while synergistically removing trace free water, ensuring dispatched fuel is clear, transparent, and meets cleanliness standards.

Intelligent health monitoring: The entire range is equipped with digital differential pressure monitoring, capable of providing early warning of cartridge saturation and condition, ensuring continuous stable dispatch performance.

📈 Results

With these two systems going online, the dispatch quality control capability of both depots reached an industry-advanced level. Station A's 80m³/h ultra-high flow effectively shortened the fueling time per tanker truck. On-site measurement data shows the purified diesel cleanliness achieved ISO 13/11/9, with a visually clear and transparent appearance. This not only improved logistics turnover rates but also won more downstream premium customer orders through the "Clean Diesel" reputation.
