A Northwest Petrochemical Enterprise Gasoline/Diesel Dispatch Purification

Refinery Dispatch Quality Control

Solution details

📋 Customer Background

A Northwest Petrochemical Enterprise is a fine chemical and energy production enterprise with relatively strong competitiveness. As an important regional finished fuel supplier, the enterprise maintains strict internal control standards for the cleanliness of dispatched gasoline and diesel, aiming to meet the demands of precision engines complying with National VI and above emission standards.

⚠️ Pain Points & Challenges

At the finished fuel dispatch stage, the enterprise faces the following quality control pressures:

Storage and transport secondary contamination: Finished fuel may carry trace rust and impurities during long-distance pipeline transport and storage tank settling, directly affecting the final delivery quality when loaded into tanker trucks.

Loading efficiency bottleneck: The refinery has a large shipping volume, requiring the filtration system to maintain high filtration precision even at 60m³/h high flow rate. Excessive pressure drop would extend loading time.

Gasoline safety requirements: Gasoline has strong volatility and flammability. The filtration system must possess high sealing performance and explosion-proof safety assurance, with strict requirements for static discharge.

High-standard quality control commitment: To stand out in market competition, the customer needs to ensure that fuel delivered to downstream distributors or direct-supply customers achieves a "visually transparent, free of visible impurities" state.

🛠️ Solution

Jingyuan customized 4 sets of 60m³/h high-standard dispatch purification units for the enterprise:

Polymer Rigid Composite Membrane (Diesel): Using Jingyuan® polymer rigid composite membrane, leveraging the oleophilic-hydrophobic properties of the membrane material, it efficiently intercepts particulate impurities while synergistically removing trace free water, ensuring dispatched diesel is clear, transparent, and meets cleanliness standards.

Precision particle interception (Gasoline): For gasoline, special anti-static filter material is used to effectively intercept micron-level solid impurities without generating charge accumulation.

Heavy-duty skid design: Full stainless steel interior and anti-corrosion housing, combined with an intelligent pressure monitoring system, ensure continuous stable operation under high-load loading operations.

Safety integration: The entire range is equipped with flameproof electrical control cabinets and safety grounding devices, complying with the installation standards for petrochemical enterprise Class 1 explosion-proof zones.

📈 Results

The operation of this system marks the enterprise's upgrade from "standard-compliant production" to "precision quality control." The 60m³/h flow rate ensures smooth operation at the loading bay, with per-vehicle fueling efficiency effectively improved. Since deployment, downstream customer feedback has been positive, with complaints due to fuel impurities significantly reduced. This not only reduces potential quality claim risks but also consolidates the enterprise's brand position as a regional high-end finished fuel supplier.
