Multi-fluid compatibility: For the flammable and explosive nature of gasoline, a complete explosion-proof system and dedicated seals are equipped.
Polymer Rigid Composite Membrane: Using Jingyuan® polymer rigid composite membrane, leveraging the oleophilic-hydrophobic properties of the membrane material, it efficiently intercepts particulate impurities while synergistically removing trace free water, ensuring dispatched fuel is clear, transparent, and meets cleanliness standards.
Visualized quality control assurance: The filtration system is equipped with differential pressure monitoring, ensuring fuel entering customer tanks undergoes strict purification.
High-speed processing capacity: The 40m³/h flow rate matches the unloading speed of large-capacity tanker trucks, without affecting gas station operational efficiency.
By deploying Jingyuan filtration systems, the enterprise successfully elevated its fuel cleanliness to a higher level. On-site sampling tests at gas stations show the filtered fuel is clear and transparent, with no visible impurities.
