The customer is an industrial-scale farm located in western Australia, with a cultivated area of tens of thousands of hectares. The farm owns dozens of large grain harvesters, high-horsepower tractors, and automated irrigation pump sets, all of which rely on its central fuel depot for diesel supply.

In Australia's vast agricultural hinterland, fuel management faces unique challenges:

Storage tank bottom sediment: Large storage tanks generate sediment, oxide scale, and mechanical impurities at the bottom during long-term operation, which are easily drawn into the fueling pipeline under suction.

Microbial growth risk: Under humid, hot conditions, the trace free water in diesel may breed microbes and bio-gums. These viscous substances block the precision filter cartridges of agricultural machinery.

Remote region logistics contamination: Diesel transported over long distances to the farm easily picks up dust, rust, and pipeline debris en route.

Harvest season efficiency pressure: The harvest season is time-critical. If machinery breaks down in the field due to fuel system issues, it causes significant yield losses.

Jingyuan customized 20m³/h high-speed purification units for the farm:

Polymer Rigid Composite Membrane: Using Jingyuan® polymer rigid composite membrane, leveraging the oleophilic-hydrophobic properties of the membrane material, it efficiently intercepts particulate impurities while synergistically removing trace free water, ensuring dispatched fuel is clear, transparent, and meets cleanliness standards.

Multi-stage gum interception: For bio-slime, high-contaminant-capacity special filter material is configured to effectively intercept gums and prevent bio-contamination from spreading to the machinery fuel tanks.

Weather-resistant outdoor design: Considering the intense UV and dust environment of the Australian outback, the system adopts a full protection-rated skid enclosure, ensuring long-term stable operation in field conditions.

Fast dispatch interface: The 20m³/h flow rate matches the farm's large-capacity fueling demand, effectively reducing fleet supply waiting time.

📈 Results

After the system went into operation, it became a "stabilizer" for the farm's productivity. Since installation, the engine failure rate of the farm's high-value agricultural machinery has significantly decreased. Even during the busiest harvest season, no downtime due to fuel cartridge blockage has occurred.
