An overseas engineering contractor is undertaking multiple key infrastructure projects (such as ports, roads, and bridges) in the East African region. The project site has a large number of excavators, cranes, graders, and other heavy-duty diesel equipment.

⚠️ Pain Points & Challenges

At the East African construction site, fuel management faces the dual challenges of "inherent deficiencies" and "acquired contamination":

Unstable source fuel quality: Diesel supplied by local vendors has significant quality fluctuations, and dust and impurities easily mix in during long-distance tanker truck transport.

Rudimentary storage conditions: Construction sites typically use temporary ground-level oil tanks or oil drums, with relatively primitive storage conditions.

Frequent machinery failures: Precision construction machinery is relatively sensitive to fuel. Using unpurified diesel causes frequent injector nozzle blockage, engine black smoke, and power loss.

Schedule pressure: Equipment repair downtime directly affects project delivery milestones, with high delay costs.

🛠️ Solution

The enterprise introduced 20 Jingyuan JY-T32A diesel filtration units, implementing a "source purification" strategy:

Gatekeeper strategy: Equipment is deployed at the main storage tank intake port and the construction site fueling vehicle's dispensing port. All diesel undergoes JY-T32A treatment before entering the construction machinery fuel tanks.

Polymer Rigid Composite Membrane: Using Jingyuan® polymer rigid composite membrane, leveraging the oleophilic-hydrophobic properties of the membrane material, it efficiently intercepts particulate impurities while synergistically removing trace free water, ensuring fueling fuel is clear, transparent, and meets cleanliness standards.

High-precision filtration: Using multi-stage deep filtration to intercept fine particles, protecting the machinery's high-pressure fuel pumps.

Mobile convenience: The JY-T32A adopts a trolley/skid design for flexible movement between different construction sections.

📈 Results

After implementing "source purification," the project department effectively improved its fuel quality control capability. On-site feedback shows that the fuel cartridge replacement cycle for machinery has been effectively extended, and engine overhaul incidents caused by fuel issues have been significantly reduced. These 20 units act like 20 mobile "clean oil stations," ensuring efficient operation of hundreds of construction machines in high-temperature, dusty environments, effectively safeguarding project progress.
