JY-DX40 is a standardized high-flow purification solution from Jingyuan. It is equipped with 8 Jingyuan polymer rigid composite membrane groups and an asymmetric gradient pore structure for 40m³/h physical filtration and oil-water separation.
The system integrates a 7.5kW centrifugal pump booster unit and a standardized skid structure with a footprint of about 3.78m². A 30-second pneumatic backwash can restore flux to over 95%, while the membrane module is designed for 2-3 years of service life, supporting reliable source purification for oil storage, aviation fuel support, power plants and port or marine fuel systems.
