JY-Q325 is a modular deep-purification solution developed by Jingyuan for demanding scenarios. It integrates a standard container frame, a 5mm thick polymer rigid composite membrane, and a 7.5kW explosion-proof motor and pump set to achieve stable 40m³/h high-flow operation.
The system supports gas-pulse backwash with flux recovery ≥95%, and the membrane module is designed for 2-3 years of service life. Its no-civil-work, plug-and-play design enables fast deployment on a flat site, making it suitable for large storage bases, field power support and mobile fuel systems.

How long is the JY-Q325 membrane module service life?
The designed service life is 2-3 years. Backwash regeneration significantly reduces long-term operating cost.
Can the equipment support harsh field environments?
Yes. The containerized skid and explosion-proof motor are optimized for high-contamination, high-flow field conditions.
Does backwash require shutdown?
Gas-pulse backwash requires short shutdown. Flux recovery reaches ≥95%, making maintenance convenient.
Is it suitable for gasoline or other low-flash-point media?
It is only suitable for refined oils such as diesel and aviation kerosene with flash point ≥38°C. Gasoline and similar media are strictly prohibited.
Does installation require complex civil works?
No. It can be deployed on a flat site as a plug-and-play unit, greatly shortening deployment time.
Can it remove water from oil?
It can efficiently remove free water (≥95%), but cannot remove dissolved water.
Is customization supported?
Yes. Stainless steel material, automated control and other flow configurations are available after project assessment.
