The customer is a large-scale independent gas station located in Guangdong Province, situated at a logistics artery intersection. Its main customer base consists of HPCR heavy-duty trucks and cold-chain logistics fleets that are relatively sensitive to fuel quality.

⚠️ Pain Points & Challenges

The gas station faces typical southern operating condition challenges:

High-humidity environment impact: The Guangdong coastal region has high air humidity. Diesel may be affected during transport and loading/unloading, causing the fuel to appear cloudy and affecting sales volume.

Supply chain terminal impurities: Tanker trucks frequently travel between the oil depot and the gas station. Rust and sediment accumulated at the tank bottom form a wash during unloading, directly entering the gas station storage tank.

Fueling machine maintenance burden: Unpurified fuel causes frequent cartridge replacement in fueling machines, and flow meter wear from impurities increases metering errors.

Market competition pressure: Surrounding gas stations are highly competitive. The customer urgently needs to establish a "high-quality, strong power" brand image through visualized fuel clarity improvement.

Jingyuan provided the gas station with a 40m³/h compact intake purification solution:

Polymer Rigid Composite Membrane: Using Jingyuan® polymer rigid composite membrane, leveraging the oleophilic-hydrophobic properties of the membrane material, it efficiently intercepts particulate impurities while synergistically removing trace free water, ensuring inbound fuel is clear, transparent, and meets cleanliness standards.

Precision particle interception: Using micron-level high-efficiency composite filter material to block pipeline particulate matter brought by tanker trucks outside the storage tank.

Compact and robust design: For the limited space at the gas station unloading port, a compact skid design is adopted, with explosion-proof rating meeting in-station safety requirements.

Low pressure loss design: Optimized fluid design with relatively low unloading pressure loss, matching the tanker truck unloading pump's rated flow rate.

📈 Results

The system's deployment established a solid "safety barrier" for the gas station. Since installation, all intake diesel has achieved 40m³/h instant purification, with fuel entering the storage tank maintaining a particle count stably within ISO 14/12/10. Fueling machine cartridge maintenance cycles have been noticeably extended, and complaints of vehicle power failures caused by fuel issues have been significantly reduced.
