As a production-oriented unit with higher quality requirements, the customer is dedicated to supplying high-standard pure diesel to the market, with its products widely used in high-precision industrial equipment and high-end transport markets.

⚠️ Pain Points & Challenges

During diesel production and storage, the customer encountered technical bottlenecks affecting brand reputation:

Fine gum exceedance: Fine gums that are difficult to detect with the naked eye but cause slight fuel cloudiness appear in finished diesel. This phenomenon is usually caused by fuel oxidation or process residues, directly affecting the fuel quality rating.

Product premium pricing hindered: Against the backdrop of pursuing high-standard quality control, trace impurities and gums cause the customer to be at a disadvantage in high-end bidding, or even face price reduction demands.

Traditional filtration limitations: Standard mechanical filtration equipment struggles to intercept gums and oxidized resins with smaller molecular weights or suspended states, and cannot fundamentally achieve fuel "transparency."

Large-scale turnover pressure: Due to large shipment volumes, the purification process cannot become a logistics bottleneck and must support 40m³/h high-speed operation.

🛠️ Solution

Jingyuan deployed a refining-grade purification system for the new energy company:

Polymer Rigid Composite Membrane: Using Jingyuan® polymer rigid composite membrane, leveraging the oleophilic-hydrophobic properties of the membrane material, with strong capture capability for oxidized resins and micron-level gums in the fuel, it efficiently intercepts particulate impurities while synergistically removing trace free water, achieving a "deep polishing" effect, ensuring fuel is clear, transparent, and meets cleanliness standards.

Storage tank bypass circulation filtration: The equipment is installed beside the storage tank, supporting a "circulation purification" mode that continuously improves in-tank fuel quality even when not loading.

Automated quality monitoring: Equipped with differential pressure alarm functionality, ensuring filtration precision and flow rate remain at a good balance point under high-load operation.

📈 Results

By introducing the Jingyuan 40m³/h purification system, the customer effectively resolved the long-standing gum issue. The diesel purified through the system is visually clear and transparent, with physicochemical indicators better than industry standards. This quality improvement not only won the customer more high-end orders but also reduced chemical additive usage through physical means, achieving a win-win of economic benefits and environmental reputation.
